The Sfogliatelle are born from an ancient Italian recipe, dating back to the 18° century and first crafted at the Conservatory of Santa Rosa di Lima, Salerno. Originally filled with Limoncello, dried fruit and sugar, they were born to be sweet, however, we decided to reinvent them adding a savoury stuffing. Available with a satisfying and rich heart of Eggplant Parmigiana, Friarielli or Peppers with Provolone Cheese, these tiny and succulent bites will be a must have in your freezer. Suitable to be cooked in the oven or in the air fryer, they will become your favourite entrée, side and snack, to fill your tummy and blow your taste buds!
In a 35 gr Sfogliatella you will experience the light and crunchy flakiness of the curly pastry, perfectly paired with the creaminess of the melted cheese merged with veggies.
